The rupee raised upto 4 paisa to 66. 67 against the USD in the Forex market due to increased selling pressure of USD from the exporters & banks amidst higher opening in the Indian market in morning today.
In the morning, the rupee was trading at 66.69 after price levels of 66.72 & 66.67.
In a statement said by the Forex dealers that weakness of the USD against the other currencies strongly supported the rupee. Further, high opening showed an uptrend in the equity market showing bullishness ahead.
