The State Bank of India (SBI) has published the results of the Probationary Officers (PO) main examination 2016 on Friday. The exam was held on July 31.

The exam consisted of two papers i.e. Objective test and Descriptive test. 

Steps to check the results:

1. Visit the official website: sbi.co.in 

2. Click on the link 'Careers' 

3. Click on the link for 'Result main exam Phase II' 

4. The results list will be displayed 

5. Candidates who have cleared the exam will find their roll numbers in the list 

6. All the candidates are advised to take a print-out of the same for future reference
