New Delhi: The Supreme Court ordered Maharashtra Government to grant licences to dance bars my March 15 on Wednesday.

SC also refused to allow the state government’s demand that there be live feed from bar to nearest police station because that CCTV coverage of the performance area would be a violent of privacy.

Maharashtra police imposed 24 new conditions before allowing to open dance bar. So then the dance bar association member had petitioned the apex court.

Also, SC modified some of these conditions as well and told bars to comply with them in three days.
