The news of Shahrukh Khan turned down the offer to play Munnabhai MBBS shocked all but he now says he couldn't have portrayed the role better than Sanjay Dutt.

 SRK quipped, "I think that every actor is destined to do certain films. I feel I couldn't have done it as well as Sanjay Dutt did." Also when Shahrukh was asked are they(he and Aamir) teaming up for a project, "I went to his house to wish him on his birthday. We don't talk work. We haven't spoken on work for years...There is nothing work wise that we have discussed," he said. The actor added to above, "We meet earlier too. It's just that the media has started noticing now".
