The South-Korean giant, Samsung is reported to launch a new tablet in India for which it has already started sending media invites. The company has yet not confirmed anything about the tablet but it is reported to be a "Make in India" tablet.

The tablet is also said to feature 1.5GB RAM under the hood. In addition, a 7-inch display is also tipped for the device. While the RAM and the display size match with that of the Galaxy A 7.0 (2016) tablet, a key change here is the 8MP rear camera instead of the 5MP rear camera on Galaxy A.

The tablet runs Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and offers Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and microUSB as connectivity options. Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016) packs a 4,000 mAh battery and comes with a Kids Mode.Nothing else is known about the unannounced tablet.
