It looks likes that there are still challenges in the context of gender when it comes to job and saving for retirement and once done with retirement, So the ways through which women could decide how to manage it further is yet a quest. Certainly, there are many social surveys which report the same, but before opening that fact, there is one the thing which is necessary to explain. The women who are done with their jobs or those who are trying to save for their retirement are generally located in urban areas and thus their challenges are only mandatory as far the Urban or metropolitan conditions are concerned.
The surveys based on women’s retirement challenges and opportunities ignore this fact when they consider that there is a chance of women's better retirement or women's empowerment when they do complete them occupation too.
