- Take the grated cheese in a bowl
- Add the boiled potato and mash
- Add chilli powder, chaat and salt
- Mash and mix well
- Cut onions into rings, and separate the onion slices into rings
- Now, take 2 onion rings, one large and one small size
- Stuff the onion ring with the aloo stuffing
- Dip into corn flour-maida paste and coat the onion rings well
- Coat with bread crumbs and repeat dipping in corn-maida paste and breadcrumbs again.
- Freeze the coated onion rings for 15 to 30 minutes
- Heat oil in a pan and place the onion rings carefully in the oil
- Fry till golden brown.
- Serve with chutney or hot tomato sauce
- Enjoy!
