Exercise improves thinking, blood pressure and cardiovascular capacity.
Recent studies have shown that exercise can help reduce the development of memory loss and memory problems. Few other studies have looked at whether exercise could make a difference to people who are already having the problem or keep it from getting worse.
The study was published in Neurology, a medical journal of the American Academy of Neurology.
