Sweet Corn Paneer Ball will make your breakfast yummier

Sweet corn paneer ball should be included in the daily breakfast. For this here's the requirements.

Ingredients:

1 cup (100 g) Sweet corn 200 gm cheese, 2 bread's bread crumbs, 3-4 tbsp corn flour, 2-3 tbsp green coriander (finely chopped), 1 inch piece of ginger (Grated), 2-3 green chilies (finely chopped), salt according to taste, 1/4 tsp black pepper, oil (for frying)

Method:

Boil Sweet Corn for 5 minutes in water and after that add sweet corn to the mixer jar and grind it. Grate the cottage cheese and mix sweet corn in it.

Add 2 tbsp corn floor, green chilli, ginger paste, a little salt in it, now add a little bit of black pepper and green coriander.

Add some water to the remaining Corn Flour and stir well, then add salt and pepper. After that make a round ball by picking a little mixture. Keep it in a separate plate.

Put the ball in Corn Flour solution and add it to bread crumbs. All balls are wrapped in bread creams and kept for 20 minutes.

After that, heat the oil in the frying and fry the ball until turns golden brown. Now serve it with a green sauce or tomato sauce.
