In the latest episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Jethalal’s rival tries to woo Bagga and Nattu Kaka. He praises Bagga and Nattu Kaka saying they are very capable. Bagga and Nattu don’t understand what he is trying to say. But then he speaks the truth about what his aim is. He says that their Seth doesn’t value him. He says that Jethalal doesn’t value his workers especially Bagga and Nattu Kaka. Cheda asks them do they get enough salary and says he is a miser. The two praise their Seth but Cheda offers them the double salary. He asks Bagga about his fiancée and says he knows Jethalal doesn’t allow him to roam around. The two feel elated. He offers them double holidays and more salary if they join his shop. The two tell him that they need time to think and leave.

They go to Jethalal and ask him to hike their pay. He gets angry at Bagga and is reminded of the offer made by Cheda. He also shouts at Nattu and starts comparing Cheda and Jethalal. Bagga gets worried and thinks about the offer by Cheda. Cheda calls Bagga on his phone and Jethalal picks up the phone and talks about the offer. Jethalal pretends to be Bagga and asks about the offer and he repeats what he had promised- double salary, commission and double holidays. Jethalal gets very angry listening to all this. He also gets worried about his employees and thinks of taking revenge on Cheda.
