As the time to say GOODBYE to 2016 has arrived and just two are remaining to recount the best of 2016. In this row, we are bringing to you the best movies of the year that forced you to clap for them.

Sultan :

Salman Khan and Anushka Sharma starrer Sultan set in background of wrestling that make Salman ruled the box office and it became the third Bollywood movie whuch crossed INR 300 crores. Also calculated as best of Sakman.

Dangal :

One of the most awaited film of Aamir Khan also set in background of wrestling with different approach alongwith new girls Fatima Sana Shaikh or Sanya Malhotra and it becomes one of the best films of the year 2016. The film in just six days has crossed INR 155.53 crores at the Indian box.

Rustom :

Akshay Kumar and Ileana D'Cruz starrer Rustom was based on true incident of Nanavati case which totally shook the box office. Akki in role of navy commander made everyone so impressed. INR 124 crores is collected by film.

Airlift :

Again Akshay Kumar's extraordinary work come out in form of Airlift which collected INR 123 crores. The film portrayed the story of the biggest-ever human evacuation in the history of mankind when Saddam Hussein invaded the country in 1990, and kick-started the Gulf War.

M.S. Dhoni:

The Untold Story : Masterwork and with no doubt one of the most-talked-about films of 2016 which is a biopic of MS Dhoni that earned INR 119 crores at the box office and also Sushant's performance in the film is commendable.

Pink :

An awesome one of 2016 Pink with acclaimed courtroom drama by Amitabh Bachchan and strong performance of Taapsee Pannu, Kriti Kulhari and Andrea Tariang earned INR 65 crores at the box office in its successful run.

Dear Zindagi :

Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt starrer film collected 61.25 crores at the box office and also appreciated by everyone.

Housefull 3 :

Comedy film with collaboration of Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh and Abhishek Bachchan that collected INR 108 crores at the box office.

Udta Punjab :

The film revolves around the critical issue of drug abuse in the north Indian State of Punjab. Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer film was given by CBFC 90 cuts, but Udta Punjab despite all the issues collected INR 59.61 crores.

Karan Johar's Ranbir-Anushka-Aishwarya starrer film appreciated for hot chemistry between Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Ranbir Kapoor & earned INR 106 crores.

Baaghi :

Actors Shraddha Kapoor and Tiger Shroff starrer Baaghi was liked by audience and collected INR 76 crores at the box office.

Neerja :

Critically acclaimed and appreciated by audience Sonam Kapoor's Neerja inspired by true story of Neerja Bhanot, the youngest recipient of India's highest bravery award - the Ashok Chakra. The film collected INR 71 crores at the Indian box office.

Kapoor & Sons:

Alia Bhatt, Fawad Khan, Sidharth Malhotra, Rishi Kapoor, Ratna Pathak and Rajat Kapoor starrer film was proved entertainment and earned INR 69 crores at the box office.
