Rajim, a small town in Gariaband district, Chattisgarh, India which is situated 281m above MSL. The city is 45 km away from the State capital Raipur. The place is a pious junction of three rivers Mahanadi, Pairi a Soundur which is also termed as Triveni sangam.

The place is also known as Prayag of Chattisgarh as it is very holy place and has lot of famous and ancient temples; the reason why it is unexplored is because not many people across the country are aware about its cultural heritage. It is famous temple for the followers of Vaishanvism.

There are three famous temples with lot of Vedic importance attached to them:-

1. Rajiv Lochan Vishnu Temple:- Built in 8th century CE , it’s a famous Lord Vishnu temple which also has ancient sculpture known as PANCHYAN SHAILI. The temple has lot of beautiful stone carvings and religious beliefs attached to it.

2. Kuleshvara mahadeva Temple:- Its a Lord SHive temple, situated in the center of the city.

3. Ghatoria Mahakali Mandir:- Maa kali temple that is located on the banks of Mahanadi river.

Rajim Kumbh mela is also celebrated at the Triveni Sangam of the city every year.
