Everybody wants to use tutti-frutti in cakes, cookies, biscuits and ice cream. By the way, it is found in the bakery shops. It can also be made easily at home. It is made from raw papaya.
Ingredients: 400-gram raw papaya, 400 grams of sugar, the red and yellow color will be needed for this Essence of vanilla and poppy seeds.
Method: First wash the papaya and peel off the seeds. Now take a small cut. Put the pieces of papaya in boiling water, boil it for 3 minutes. Turn off the gas and keep it in water for 5 minutes. Take out the papaya pieces from the water.
Put sugar in a pan and pour 500 grams of water in it. Cook the syrup until sugar dissolves. Put the pieces of papaya in the syrup and let the syrup be cooked in a syrup containing a string of papaya. Now let them cool down.
Mix 2-3 drops of vanilla essence into pieces of papaya lying in syrup and mix it. Now divide the pieces of papaya into 3 parts equal. Now take the different colors in a separate cup, add a little yellow color to a bowl and mix one part by adding pieces of papaya immersed in the syrup.
Put the red color in the second vessel and add the pieces of papaya into the syrup and mix it. Put them apart in a separate piece of color in the third part and keep them aside. Keep it for approximately 12 to 24 hours. The papaya pieces will be colored and sweet. Your tutti-frutti is ready.
