Tele actress Alka Kaushal who is best know for playing the role of Kareena Kapoor's mother in Salman Khan starrer Bajrangi Bhaijan is sentenced to their jail term of two years by Sangrur court in Punjab.

As per the reports, Alka and her mother borrowed about INR 50 lakh from a farmer staying in Lagrian village for making a TV show.

But they failed to return back the money and they even couldn't defend themselves in the court. Earlier, Malerkotla court in the year 2015 had sentenced Alka and her mom to jail for two years. They moved to Sangrur court for some relief but the sentence was upheld there even then.
