Uttarkashi: The Three women pilgrims from different states lost their life when they were on their way to the Himalayan shrine of Yamunotri.

The Barkot police station in charge Santosh Kumar as per the sources news said 'While two of them died of a heart attack, another was killed after being hit by a rock falling from the hillside yesterday'

He added Vasundhara who hailed from Maharashtra was killed on the spot after a rock rolling down from a hill between Jankichatti and Yamunotri hit her.

The bodies of the deceased have been given to their families.
