Let's make the Pyaaz Kachori:
Material: 2 cups flour, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon ghee (molten), 2 onions (finely chopped), 2 teaspoons gram flour, 2 teaspoons coriander powder, 2 teaspoon turmeric, 2 teaspoons fennel, 2 teaspoons, 3 Spoon coriander (finely chopped), 1/2 teaspoon green coriander (finely chopped), 2 spoons red chilli powder, 2 spoons garam masala, oil essentials, Salt to taste.
Method:
1- First, pour namak and ghee in the maida and make it like a soft dough and keep it for a while.
2- Now heat oil in a pan, add turmeric, fennel, green chili and onion and fry until brown.
3- After this add gram flour, coriander powder, red chillies and salt and stir it for 2-3 minutes. Remove the teaspoon from this mixture and keep the mixture until it cools.
4- Make a dough of flour kneaded and take it in a 2-inch circle. After this, add a pre-prepared mixture to it and close it with a thumb.
5-Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the kachories. 6-Onion kachori is ready.
