Material: 200 grams boiled potatoes (mashed), 200 gm cottage cheese, 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder, 100 gm corn flour, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon coriander, 1/2 teaspoon green chillies , Cashews, oil for frying Gravy material: 50 ml olive oil, 4 cloves, 1 large cardamom and cinnamon, 3 green cardamom, 3/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste, 150 grams onion, 1 spoon and garam masala, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 / 2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 100 grams cashew nuts, 100 grams tomato, 50 ml water, 50 ml curd, 50 ml olive oil, 1 tablespoon green chilli, 100 ml tomato puree, 100 ml water, 50 ml fresh cream
Method:
1-Mix boiled potatoes, paneer, red chilli powder, corn flour, garam masala, salt, coriander, green chilli etc. in a vessel thoroughly.
2- Apply a small portion of the prepared mixture and allow it to roast until golden brown. Then remove it and place it on the paper.
3- Now add olive oil to a pan and heat it and add cloves, large cardamom, cinnamon, green cardamom, black pepper and run it. Add ginger and garlic paste, onions, until these colors are golden.
4- Then add salt, garam masala, capsicum, turmeric powder and mix it. After that add cashews, tomatoes and water and cook for
5 minutes. Blend this ingredients until it mixes well.
5- Now take a pan and add olive oil to it and fry green chili, tomato puree. After this, add water to the pen and cook it for 5-10 minutes.
6- Mix fresh cream and fried koftas in it well.
7- After it, Kofta is ready, garnish it with coriander.
