The private tuition teacher has been sentenced to four months in jail for sexually assaulting  13-year-old girl pupil by the sessions court. He has been fined also of  Rs 21,000.

A formal complaint was lodged, in this regard, on June 8, 2016 with a woman police station, in which the girl claimed that Raza indulged in indecent behaviour with the complainant and her 13-year-old brother.

The matter came to light only after the boy told his father about their ordeal following which he approached a police station and a complaint was lodged against Raza, who was later arrested.
