Another rail accident happened in Sonbhadra in Uttar Pradesh on Thursday morning, 7 boogies of Shaktipunj Express have derailed. The train was going from Howrah to Jabalpur. This incident happened in the Fafrakund area of the Obara station area. There is no news of any casualties so far. This incident happened on the border of Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh.

Suresh Prabhu resigned as Railway Minister in the last few days taking responsibility for the frequent train accidents. In Cabinet reshuffle, Piyush Goyal has been given the responsibility of the Railway Ministry.

This incident happened in the Sonbhadra district of UP. Sonbhadra is located on the Madhya Pradesh border. It is worth mentioning that the train number 11448 HWH-JBP Shaktipunj Express crossed the Oberoi cabin at 6.13 in the morning, during which its 7 boogies derailed. There were 21 coaches in this train.

The incident happened even in Maharashtra also:
Recently, there was a rail accident in Titwala in Maharashtra, where the engine of Nagpur-Mumbai Duronto Express and nine coaches had derailed. There were 18 coaches in this train. The accident took place when most of the passengers were sleeping.
