Thursday;June 30, 2016:At Meerut ,today a woman who is mentally unsound gave birth to a baby on the near close to Kutchery Pul.
As per the reports, woman was lying on the road in an unconscious state with the newborn at her side. On seeing her, a passerby called an ambulance and she was taken to a hospital”
A woman is treating by Dr Pramila, as she said, “medical tests of both the woman and the child is being conducted”.
