By using vegetable oil, your torn heel will become soft. You can use olive oil, sesame oil, coconut oil and any hydrogenated vegetable oil on your ankles. These oils are very beneficial. If you sleep with applying vegetable oil on your torn ankles then this oil rises and goes into the skin of your ankles.
1- To make your ankles soft, first fill water into a tub and mix some drops of shampoo in it. Now put your feet in this water and sit for a while. Now rub your ankles with the help of scrubber.
2- After scrubbing your ankles, remove the feet from the water and wash with clean water and let it dry completely.
3- Now put vegetable oil on your feet.
4- After putting vegetable oil, wear socks in your feet. And go to sleep.
5- If you use vegetable oil in your feet for a few days, then your ankles will not get cracked.
