A video of a explosion of Xiaomi's Redmi Note 4 smartphone went viral a few days ago which was fake. After confirming this, the company has said that the video was not of Redmi Note 4 and was a Fake Video. The Board of Technical Investigation has stated that Redmi Note 4 was due to the faulty Third Party Charger used by the customer. The company also gave signals of physical damage on the smartphone. Xiaomi claims that this is a mistake made by a customer and the company said that this video is a fake.

This video was told that the customer comes to the local store to put SIM in the device and as soon as the shopkeeper tries to open a SIM slot for inserting the card, the phone immediately explodes, but it turns out wrong.
