If Apple does pectin and helps to clean up other chemical digestion system. Swelling in the intestines due to alcohol decreases with the regular consumption of apples. Garlic is beneficial for the heart. There is plenty of sulfur, alicin and selenium in it. This helps in keeping the liver healthy.
