War between camera smartphones has always been very intense. In past few years it has always been iPhone who has walked away with top honours hands down but this year the story is going to be all different. There are two smartphones who are giving Apple run for their money with some of the best cameras in the market. Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge along with Google’s Pixel.
If we look at the specification then both the phones Galaxy S7/S7 Edge and Pixel have a 12 MP camera with Sony Sensors in the back. On the other hand iPhone 7 has a dual camera. For selfies and video calls there is a 7MP Facetime HD camera on iPhone 7 where as an 8MP camera on Pixel.
But if we compare them all then like always iPhone has a very impressive which can give you a very detailed images with vivid colours. According to Apple the iPhone is using 6 stage lens which has an all new sensor with f/1.8 aperture that allows a lot more light to be captures.
Google Pixel on the other hand has a 12 MP Sony Camera which has f2.0 aperture. The sensor used in the phone is similar to the one used in the Nexus 6P but there have been some improvements made.
Front camera in both the phones are very impressive with iPhone being a little ahead with superb clarity and resolution. Both are highly capable of shooting 4K videos at 30fps and also slow motion videos at 240 fps with 720p quality. Both the phones are top notch in terms of the camera on offer. Google is more reliant on software whereas iPhone has provided better hardware to users.
