Women are walking step by step with men. There is hardly any such area where women are not working in today's time. But still, there are many places where women are still behind men.

According to the International Trade Union, women earn about three times less than men. There are more barriers in front of women for their careers. The responsibility of the house harm women's careers. That's why they earn less than men. After marriage, women are not caring, because of this, many women have to leave their jobs or not pay full attention to their work. 

According to a research, women have the greater sense of satisfaction over money than women. There are times when the number of male workers is high, women are not comfortable. This also happens due to lack of confidence. This does not mean that women do not have the capacity. The truth is that the responsibility of the house is only on women and only because of this, she gives more attention to home.
