The recent victory for Indian Women's cricket team brought many applause for its experience Captain Mithali Raj, But it seems that the board thinks differently from the view of others that Raj shall be captaining the 3 T Twenty matches which are to commence with West Indies very soon. Meanwhile, the board has mentioned that 27 years old HarmanPreet Kaur shall be captaining the T twenty squad; this is not the first time, Kaur going to captain T-twenty sides for Indian ladies. She helped out the Indian to win Asia cup in 2012 in T twenty circuits, thus those who support Kaur are hoping for better results against the T twenty champions West Indies. However, Some still raised eyebrows that Mithali should be continuing as Captain, because her experience going to count, But expectations are equally the same from the Indian team after they have revealed West indies whitewash in the ODI series.

However, AS far the fact are concerned, out of the 9 times Harmanpreet Kaur has captained Indian T Twenty side, none of that time Mithali has been present in her captaincy, Thus this will also be the first time when experience of Raj going to count while Harmanpreet Kaur leads India to good performances in 3 T Twenty matches against West Indies. Amidst all the speculation, It is clear that Harmanpreet Kaur is also going
to lead Indian women's cricket squad for the coming Asian Cup 2016, Thus we only hope that her reputation as the Middle order strikers bring goodwill for Indians as far the T Twenty is concerned.

All in all, at the moment, what we want is victory and Indian dream run continue within their form, Thus We hope that the leadership change won't matter as a political due in the games coming ahead against West Indies, So India must be prepared to play well at large...
