In the  Jet Airways flight which was from Saudi Arabia's Dammam to Kochi yesterday had to be diverted to Mumbai as a lady gave a birth to a boy.  In the statement of the airlines, it said that the Boeing 737 with 162 guests was diverted to Mumbai as one of the passengers went into premature labour.

As the woman gave birth the Airways has offered the newly-born a free lifetime pass for all his travel on its airlines. The woman could give birth to a baby with the help of trained paramedic on board and assistance of the airline.

Upon, Landing on the MumbaiAirport the mother and newly born were taken to the hospital.
