On the National Highway 1 a truck run over a 70-year-old woman when she was standing as per stated by police. In the incident, the woman lost her life.
The police as per the sources news said 'The victim have been identified as the Gian Kaur of Mukhliana village.She died on the spot.
A case for causing death by negligence, rash driving was registered against the truck driver, they said. The driver fled after the accident, leaving the truck behind, the police said.
