It seems that Gender equality is a desperate effort from the community perspective. Even if it's not a flair to reach more heights, But there is no doubt that women are amongst most powerful investors in this 21st century where they're not only willing to change their status, But they're also doing great invention. The researching agencies suggest that at the end of 20th century or at the end of the year 2000, the invention rate for women was only around 6.8% to 9%. However, it has increased in the last 16 years to around 60% in this last decade.
It surely considers women's value and their social aid which has been a talking point long since. People are now accepting women rights as their life's essential point, As they are coming to realise how valuable a woman's role in their life too, Thus it boosts women's power and empowerment through the rise in invention skill too.
Now, as far Women's inventions are concerned- They are trying not only by the grace of new business policies such as Tender reporting and Architecture as their own responsibility, but they are rising virtually in politics and social scenarios. The instances of Julia Gillard, Angela Markel, Theresa May and many others are enough to explain. Similarly, we have Sunita Williams, Roshni Banga, Sudha Patekar, Indira Nui, Sushma Swaraj and so many others for example to express the desire to learn and control the mindset of gender recommendation.
In this way, What women have done in last decade justifies that their role in inventing ideas and social status as well as creating roles and powerful presentation for themselves has created a social stamina which shall not only boost them to the new level, But they shall finally prove to the world that Women economy can also do equally good at large...
