ZTE and Huawei, both powerhouse Smartphone marks in China now assert that their gadgets in Australia don't contain the controversial Adups software which US security Company Kryptowire said was found on a several Android cell phones in the USA.

Michael Brunton from ZTE Australia sent ChannelNews an email that said in part 'ZTE has not released any smartphones to Australia with Adups programming and any ramifications or explanation generally is an entire manufacture'. He included "We affirm that ZTE gadgets in Australia have never had the Adups programming referred to in late news reports introduced on them. ZTE dependably makes security and protection a top need for our clients. We will keep on ensuring client security and data stay ensured".

The ZTE articulation identifying with Australia was followed up by an announcement from Huawei Australia, who guaranteed that they are not part possessed by the Chinese Government and that their gadgets like the ZTE gadgets "don't contain Adups programming"

Amid a face to face meeting with ChannelNews executives of Huawei said that they were right now "taking legal action" against Adups who three days back were guaranteeing on their site that their greatest clients were ZTE and Huawei.
