Accenture has been recognised as the best workplace for women in India. A US-based magazine has published a list of hundred best companies in which Accenture placed within top 10. The company is having more than 45000 women employees in India and it has recognised as giving safe secure comfortable and supportive environment to the female employees.
"Creating an inclusive environment that enables women to achieve both their personal and professional ambitions, reflects Accenture's core values and culture," said Rekha M Menon, chairman and managing director, Accenture in India, in a statement.
The company has also been recognised as leading in Maternity benefits and special care to the returning mothers. As each organisation has its own set of rules and regulations for the Welfare of employees but definitely Accenture leading in terms of facilities it provides to its employees making it the best place to work.
