Travel through tall, narrow gorges and get up close and personal with nature.  Canyoning in Interlaken is a huge hit. There is some danger when in going into the canyons as they can easily fill with water during floods and there is no way out, but the number of accidents is quite low.

Hang gliding

Interlaken is the best place to try hang gliding. You can drive up to the top of the mountain and be strapped once the glider is built. There will be an instructor right behind you and you can run right off the edge of the cliff and instead of falling, you will fly.
