The Bharatiya Janata Party after winning in floor test in Goa today won floor test in Manipur. Biren Singh took oath as the Chief minister of Manipur and today got success in the floor test in the Assembly.

In the recently announced result of Manipur Assembly elections, the Congress got 28 seats while Bharatiya Janata Party got 21 seats while other seats were got by another party. With the support of other party members, the BJP formed the government in Manipur.

In the ministry, only two BJP MLAs are included while other are of the other parties who joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
