Chief of Hindu nationalist Shiv Sena party Uddhav Thackeray criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi for implementing policies like demonetization.
Thackeray, while criticizing PM Modi said, "Did affluent people die because of notebandi? Nearly 200 persons lost their lives while standing in the queues. One of them was a jawan of BSF,"
In the response to Uddhav's statement, BJP party said that the party does not need any kind of certification from Shiv Sena, who just scream and write editorials.
As per the source, BJP leader Shaina NC said, "Uddhav Ji has passed many comments on our Prime Minister and I don't think we need a certificate from the Shiv Sena that only screams and writes editorials. The people of this country and the people of Maharashtra have given a mandate and a verdict and that is the expression and the mandate for PM Modi and Devendra Fadnavis"
