Exam season has arrived and students all over the country are dedicatedly preparing themselves for the exams. CBSE board exams including both 10th and 12th are considered to be one of the most important exams in the career of every student considering that its the stepping stone to their future career choices.

As they are preparing for their exams this is what our celebs said to students...

"Hey, Youngistans! Here is wishing that you all have the focus, drive and the grit to push your limits to do your best irrespective of what the results are! Just be honest, practical diligent and committed to giving your 100 per cent. Eat well, drink lots of water, and meditate every day to keep yourself mentally alert and sharp. All the best!" --Terence Lewis

"We all know how stressful board exams can be and the toll it can take on your health. Each one of us has our own unique memories and stories of sleepless nights, pressure, anxiety and the like during this time. My advice, which has been passed down to me by my mother (in fact she enforced it on me) was took take small breaks in between my studies, eat healthy (to avoid indigestion and sleepiness) and just breathe!  When I think back now, another helpful thing she did for me was to load me up with a handful of almonds whenever she saw my energy falling.  It's tasty, healthy, and easy to carry and it helped take care of my unhealthy food cravings.  A simple solution to a big problem," a doting mother and Bollywood actress Sonali Bendre said.
