Latur: Fed up with the rudely and absurd attitude of the officers and staff of Maharashtra's Latur Metropolitan Municipality (LMC), Devidas Kale, the deputy mayor of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), decided to work in his own unique fashion on Monday. In an unprecedented move, kale shut down the office of the Critical city Planning department, giving a major setback to the entire municipal administration.
