A well satisfied and stress free life brings about good health to ones body and the bones. As men and women age osteoporosis disease is common among both of them, especially among women during menopause. Due to this bones become weak and lead to fractures.

A research done by the university of Eastern Finland, showed promising information about women in their 60s and 70s. There were these groups satisfied, dissatisfied and the middle group. Surveys were done and their bone density measured . During the 10 year research it showed that there was a difference of 50% in the bone density level between the satisfied and the dissatisfied group.

Satisfied Life!

One should be happy in life. Being happy shows the well being of a person. A well satisfied life brings good health to the body and bones and fights against diseases like osteoporosis especially in the older people.
