In east Delhi's Mandawali area, a four-year-old girl was sexually abused by her neighbour's friend, said the police as per the sources news.
"On February 15, the accused, Nonu (26), allegedly lured the child to his friend's house on the pretext of buying her a chocolate and sexually abused her", as per the sources news, the police officer said.
The mother of the girl complaint to police and on basis of it, they filed a case against the man and arrested him.
