The government has announced new policies to minimize the pollution and along with that, to improvise the condition of the vehicle vendors in India. After demonetization, there seems to be significant fall in the sales of vehicles and the two-wheelers companies are the one to face the worst effect of the demonetization.

Even after the four months of the demonetization, companies are facing the decline in their sales. As per the reports, Honda Motors suffered from the decline of 4.8%, while TVS suffered from the fall of 3.6%.

However, not only this due to rise in freight charges, Automotive firms are increasing the rates of their products, as Ford increased the rates by 2%, Honda to raise by Rs 1000 and Harley to increase the price from 1.5%.

As the situations are becoming normal reports say that now again in the upcoming quarter, two-wheeler companies will notice the rise in the demands of the bikes.
