Everyone should maintain their diet according to the season, and having fruits according to the season is the best cure for your skin and body. Having delicious food always doesn't mean unhealthy, when you make every dish healthy it results healthy.
Summer is the best season to enjoy the taste of Grapes. Now, no more simply eating frozen grapes, go for different dishes. Here I have one delicious sweet dish for you, Grapes Pudding, it is the short recipe with sweet taste and takes only 10 minutes to prepare.
Ingredients:
1 cup grape juice (pure grape juice)
24 large marshmallows
1 cup whipped cream or 1 cup Cool Whip
Method:
Step 1: Heat the grape juice until hot but not boiling. You can do this in the microwave.
Step 2: Add the marshmallows and stir until blended and melted. Cool.
Step 3: When cool, add the whipped cream or Cool Whip and fold in well. Set in refrigerator until time to serve.
You can also add some other fruits as per your choice to decorate the pudding and then refrigerate it.
