On Sunday, State Bank of India's senior cashier died on duty. Purshottam Vyas was taken to the hospital when he suffered the chest pain. The incident happened around 5 PM.
Police officials said that he might have died during his way to the hospital.
One of the police official said "We have registered a case and started investigation,".The body of the Vyas has been sent to the Hamadia Hospital for the postmortem.
On Sunday, the banks were open so that people can exchange Rs 500 and 1000 notes.
