New Delhi: A Terrorist encounter in Jammu ad Kashmir have created a stressful hassle in the state. Despite all the other stress on the civic body, citizens of the state are creating more feud over the outskirts of Jammu and Kashmir, which is preventing personnel from initiating measures against terrorists.

Due to a ruckus in the state, Army Chief General Bipin Rawat has warned people not to interrupt civic body during their operations, citizens' misdeed will not be tolerated and they will be considered as a part of militants. Also, localities are themselves provoking the war for the country by creating a ruckus, those who are hosting ISI flags will be considered to defect.

On Wednesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and General Bipin Rawat gave tribute to the soldiers, who lost their life in the encounter.
