Jammu: On Tuesday, Pakistani troops attacked the Indian posts and forward villages along the International Border and Line of Control in Jammu, Samba and Rajouri districts injuring three people.

According to BSF Jammu frontier DIG, Dharmender Pareekh, “While on the intervening night of October 31 and November 1 (Monday night) Pakistani guns remained quiet on the international border, at 6.30am on Tuesday morning Pakistan Rangers started firing with small arms followed by a small mortar at one place”.

“They further spread the fire at four to five places in Ramgarh and Arnia sub-sectors in Samba and Jammu districts. Pakistan also shot 82 mortars,” Pareekh added.
