The Jammu-Srinagar national highway due to the multiple landslides at some places is closed and the state is cut off from the other states of the country.
Traffic control room as per the sources news said that the men and machinery are clearing off the highway and the road is likely to reopen from tomorrow.
The spokesperson from the Meteorological department said that overnight the Kashmir valley received rains while Pahalgam recorded snowfall of 20 cm.
