Chankya was a very well-known scholar and learner who memorized all the Hindu Vedas in infancy stage. He completed his studies in politics and religion, after which he used all his learning in "Arthashastra" where he mentioned all the "Kutnitis" which remains true even for current and many more coming generations to come.
