In Uttar Pradesh’s Bijnor, a 22-year-old man attacked a girl by throwing chilli powder in her eyes. The man did this for the second time in three months. The accused after the incident escaped from the place.
The police as per the sources news said "the attack was similar to the one three months back following which he was sent to jail. A case had also been registered against him at that time."
The parents of a victim demanded to take a strict action against the accused.
