The report revealed by the Forbes’ John Koetsier states that the Snapchat is the most searched application on the App Store, till this time. Social media giant Facebook-owned application Instagram is on second, while Facebook itself is at the third position. 

As per the Koetsier Forbes report, "The first non-branded keyword is predictable for those who watch teens on their phones: “games.” It sits in position 18."

90% percent of the searches consist of brand names, while only 10% are with non-branded names search. Snapchat's top rank credit goes to youth, as it is the most popular application among youth.
