Donald Trump has picked Nikki Haley as the UN (Unites nations) delegate, also he has offered various other posts to different nominees as post of Education Secretary has been offered to Betsy DeVos, the post of Housing Secretary has been offered to Ben Carson.  

Accepting the President's offer, South California Governor said it is "sense of duty", that has towards the President.

In her response to Trump's offer she said, "When the president believes you have a major contribution to make to the welfare of our nation, and to our nation's standing in the world, that is a calling that's important to heed,".

Also giving positive affirmation to her selection Matthew Rycroft, U.K's ambassador to U.N said ,"She will bring to the U.N. a strong track record of achievement from South Carolina, and I know that the U.K.-U.S. relationship will continue to go from strength to strength".
