RBI and Government have recently launched two new notes of ‘Rs 2000 and Rs 500’ in order to eradicate ‘Black money and Corruption’. The brand new currency looks amazing.

But, just after two week of these note release, two types of Rs 500 is in circulation.

As per the commoner Abshar,“THERE IS A MORE THAN VISIBLE SHADOW OF GANDHI’S FACE, BESIDES ALIGNMENT ISSUES WITH THE NATIONAL EMBLEM ON THE NOTE AND EVEN SERIAL NUMBERS.”

One of the residents of Mumbai got two versions of Rs 500 in exchange of Rs 2000 note.

On this ongoing issue, RBI delegate Alpana Killawala said “IT IS LIKELY THAT NOTES WITH PRINTING DEFECT HAS GOT RELEASED DUE TO THE CURRENT RUSH. HOWEVER, PEOPLE CAN FREELY ACCEPT SUCH A NOTE IN TRANSACTION OR RETURN IT TO RBI.”

So, if you encounter with different shades of currency then don't need to worry.
