Rafia Qaseem Baig has become the first pakistani woman to join the Bomb Disposal Unit. The 29-year-old woman lives in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Seven years ago, she joined the Police force. Before her joining in BDU, she will take 15 day training in Nowshera’s School of Explosive Handling along with 31 males.

Here, she will be teached to defuse the different kinds of bombs. She is well educated as well. She has two master's degrees and has even worked in International Rescue Committee. As of now, she is studying LLB also.
